Went with what HuskerMaMa had set-up for the menu this evening.

Fresh cabbage from my co-workers farm up the road, mushrooms, brussel sprouts, bacon & drizzled with EVOO and dusted with Himalayan Pink Salt and coarse ground black pepper.
Chicken Thighs brushed fairly liberally with mayo and dusted with @MeatChurch Honey Hog Hot and finished off with a lite glaze of straight molasses.
Dessert. HuskerMaMa's creation of Drunken fried apples. Cored and sliced apples, cinnamon, 50/50 sugar and Stevia, butter, vanilla and Bacardi Rum.
Plated.

Yes sir! Everything looks great man. Nice cook. That cabbage mix sounds great. Did you keep it in the oven while doing the chicken?I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

It helped as a binder and it seemed to help the skin to become even more crispy than it normal does (went 375℉-400℉ raised direct).
