Prime was definitely better. Maybe it's a matter of having it cooked right. I will try a choice again for sure to further my experience.

@fusionhq - I just stumbled upon your thread. Great looking brisket man, you killed it.After my last cook, I think I have over-cooked a couple of mine or at least spent too long in FTC.L x2, M, S, Mini and a Blackstone 36. She says I have enough now....eggAddict from MN!
