I'm headed to the store to pick up my bone in pork loin. Either going to do a crown roast with stuffing or do the roast butterfly'd open with stuffing. Doing an apple and herb.

Just put a 14# whole ham on for christmas dinner on Sunday, injected with maple syrup. using apple wood chips. wish me Luck

Luv them Crowns. Have a 16-18 bone on order as I type. Going to feed 12-14 and some leftovers. Happy Holidays.

Doing a crown roast for Xmas as well, will pick up an 8-10 rib on Wednesday. We're only hosting 6 adults and 1 child, so we don't want too many leftovers (plus we'll have plenty of leftovers from a whole beef tenderloin on Xmas eve).
