First Butt on the BGE

<p />This was my first try cooking a 6.5 lb butt in my large BGE. It took 14 hrs. to get 200 deg. I had a little problem holding the temp last night, it was windy. It turned out tasting great, in some parts of the roast the meat seemed mushy to me not sure why? I thought the meat would be on the dry side but not at all, very moist and tender. Used a Famous Dave's Rib Rub with a mustard slather. Life is Good!!
