Hey all ! So I have made wings on the egg 2.5 million ways and flavors. My lovely wife had family in town and wants me to make a bunch tomorrow night. I am open for ideas on how what to make , and how. Lol.

Rub, 400 raised direct and last ten min 50/50 mix of:
Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers. -

Toss on some turkey wings done the same as mine above. That will have them talking.

This is a recipe from Bobby Flay that I love and have always had positive comments on. I add a lot more chipotle puree because I just love heat. I make extra to baste while cooking as well as to toss the wings in when I'm done.
Ingredients
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chipotle puree
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
1 tablespoon finely chopped oregano
20 chicken wings
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Sorry, lol, I read this and thought you were tired of wings and wanted something new. If you want NEW wings, try the wing lollipops, I stuffed mine with tiny cubes of Swiss and Ham, seasoned and ate with honey mustard, they rocked!
