Smokey,[p]Thanks, I figure i'm always over adjusting, this gives me a referance point on where to go back, nice thing its kind of hard to over adjust. So far the temp has been rock solid, I haven't been able to hold 250 steady on more than a handful of cooks.[p]Scott
