All that talk about the Guinness marinaded steaks, and Guinness widget stuff got me looking at the Web. Guinness has a web site and here is one of the recipes they posted for a marinade:BARBECUE MARINADE
(Sufficient for 10 kebabs or 10 steaks)
½ pt Guinness; 4 tbsp oil; 2 tbsp honey; 2 tbsp tomato puree; rind of 2 large oranges.
Blend all the ingredients together and marinate 2 lb of cubed meat, or 10 steaks, in this for a minimum of 2 hours or preferably overnight. Drain from the marinade. Thread the cubes on kebab skewers with a selection of vegetables or fruit before cooking on the grill. [p]Here is a link to their web site:[p]
