Soy Garlic Porterhouse

Got a nice porterhouse from Central Market (pricey at about $40 for 2 lbs). Marinated in a soy, garlic, EVOO mixture about 15 min.
Cooked reverse sear, dropping down to super heated CI when it hit about 105 IT. Continued brushing with the marinade and flipping about 4-6 times to glaze on. Was about 125-130 when I pulled and a perfect medium rare after resting. Delicious!
