We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. I picked up another grid for my mini to try a raised grid. It is raised 2 1/2" I know that's not very much but every little bit helps. I will try it out over the weekend to see how it does and I will post pics and do a follow up.
