We are having a Paella Party tonight. Keeping it fairly simple with a Egg Roasted Salsa for the app and Chicken/Shrimp Paella. The morning started off with prepping for the salsa image Smoking it up on the small imageimage Letting it cool and removing skins before going into the food processor image It turned out a little darker than expected but had a great flavor image All the paella fixing are prepped and I am enjoying a cold one while waiting to fire up the egg.
