I am rehabbing my eggs. Almost done with new S.S vents, new seals and cleaning. What is the best bottom grid. I have used expanded metal in the past and it tends to rot. LOL What do you all use? Thanks in advance

MAC,
cast iron available from BGE

MAC,
Expanded stainless steel. So far so good after a couple of years.[p]TNW
The Naked Whiz -
MAC,[p]I got the cast iron one form the mothership . Fits better, is more stable and has more holes so if one or two get plugged up you won't loose your fire. Forget the cost but 'hey' it's for my Egg!
