Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
It doesn’t get much hotter than the EGG cookin’ in July! Make sure to keep yourself hydrated with a bit of whatever you’re using for the Beer Can Chicken. Ice Cream Sandwiches are also a great way to stay cool. Looking for some great ideas for a summer cook out? Try out a Pimento Cheeseburger or Dr. BBQ’s Spare Rib Surprise. Just don’t be surprised if your neighbors stop by for a quick bite when they smell what you’re cooking!

Thank you sir! Neither of us know. We went to the Dr. 2 weeks ago, they put the results in a sealed envelope. I went hunting last wknd, she gave the envelope to the cake lady at PUBLIX and they made a cake w either pink or blue in the middle. We cut the cake around 4 today.

By the way, ribs turned out great. Sprayed w apple cider vinegar along the way, never sauced. Nobody wanted sauce, turned out great.

  • I love me some sauce as much as the next guy but my Grandpa always said if it's cooked right you don't need sauce.  Nicely done!!
