Sounds like a good excuse to get another egg.

How about a multi level rack. The BGE grill extender is pretty reasonable. It's kind of a pain to use but it does work.

i have one but the ribs will be cooked at 225 where the wings will be at 350
i think i figured out what to do .
I will cook the ribs and then the wings and just have to put the bibs back on for the last 5-10 mins of the wing cook

I will ftc them and that should be perfect !!

Just a not ribs are gonna take more than 3 hours. Baby back at 250 from my experience usually got 4.5-5 hours and st Louis style usually a little longer.

hmm , Those ribs usually take me about 3 to 3.5 hours .
do you use a rib rack ? ?
Toronto -
No rib rack just flat on the grate.

Cook the ribs, FTC 'em, crank up the heat and do the wings. Easy peasy.

Morning:
Cook the wings at the same 225 to 250 with the ribs...it will take about 1.5 to 2 hours, but they turn out just fine...I typically cook my wings at that temp (when I plan ahead that is)
Have a GREAT day!
