I have been BBQ'n since my fraternity days and have cooked on everything from a Webber Grill, a homemade cinderblock pit and even a 4 wheeled Trailer-Q and the Egg is the easiest piece of equipment I have ever used.  I cooked for 20 hours at 250, and didn't even use all the coals.
