We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Tonight's dinner

I had to stop at restaurant depot on the way home for a few things. While there I found a 10 lb packer marked down to 1.79 a lb. then I had some time to kill before I could make a return for the wife. So I decided to stop at Wegmans. While there they had whole filets marked down to $6.50 lb. so I bought the whole thing. So for dinner tonight we are having filet and after that comes off I plan to put the brisket on. I'm unable to post pics right now. I'll try later
