    @henapple I totally shocked my wife into silence on Saturday. She asked what we should cook and I responded "Ya know, Honey, I don't know, but I actually don't feel like wings today." Crickets chirping I tell ya, crickets chirping. That being said, I'd love to try some on wings, but I think I am going to try lamb first and that will probably use up what I have. Definitely when they release it, though. And there will be tots...lots and lots o' tater tots. :D

    They sent out a "Special Pre-Release Sample" to a small group. They said in their letter "The reason this sample is in your hand is because you are a part of our success, and we want to know what you think." Hopefully it will be out soon so all can try it. As of right now, I don't know if they have a release date ready or if they have announced one.

  • We made chicken gyros with our sample. Marinated pounded chicken breasts in yogurt, sprinkled with meditaranianish and gilled hot/ fast for 2minutes a side. Excellant! the new blend has a nice herbacious start with a warm spicy finish. Can't wait for this one to hit the street!
