Awesome BBQ find...roadside truck!

On the way home from a funeral, my wife and I hadn't eaten lunch. To tide us over for dinner I noticed a roadside BBQ truck on our way home (we were out of town). Wife had a hot dog and I had a hickory smoked hot Italian sausage!! I put yellow mustard on it and it was INCREDIBLE!! I currently have 6 regular and six hot Italian sausages on the egg. 250, raised indirect, with apple wood smoke. Can't wait!
