I bought my 1st BGE today.  WooHoo.  Elliotts Hardware in Plano has a package deal for a large egg, table, platesetter, bag of ozark oak, pack of starters, ash tool and grill removal tool.  I couldn't be happier.  It's scheduled to be delivered this coming Friday and I can hardly wait.  I might just have to pick up one of those cryovac packer briskets (certified angus select according to the stamps on the cryovac) for $1.79 a pound.  I'm sure 7 days of aging in the fridge would do nothing but help. :D
