Tried the new Mini plate setter out  this evening with some Smoked Devil'd Eggs. Used Jack Daniels Bourbon Barrell for smoke. So glad they have a PS for the Mini!!!

  • Hardboil Eggs. Shock with cold water and peel shell. Smoke around 225 for about 10 minutes or until egg start to turn color, then prepare mix etc. Of all the woods I use, JD barrel wood is by far the best.
