We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Vegetable Stir Fry

My wife recently joined a farm share where we get a box of vegetables each week delivered to our house. It's alway interesting to see what they put in the box. This week we got green beans, zucchinis, squash, green onions, and white onions. So putting my big green ceramic thinking cap on I decide to make a vegetable stir fry with my carbon steel wok on the egg.

I quartered up all the veggies, made some homemade stir fry sauce (equal parts soy sauce and mirin with a dash of fish sauce, then I add fresh garlic).

I attached some pics, it was a big hit.
