Need Boneless Shoulder Roast ideas

I've got a 2.5 lb. boneless beef shoulder roast. I guess I could make pot roast out of it but was wondering if anyone had a BGE solution?

Perhaps some pepper stout beef?Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

That Mohla looks great but went with the first recipe above. Still chugging away in the egg -- now in my Dutch oven. Smells great so far.
