Nice. I have eaten everything on that list except duck tongues, Balut, and Durian fruit.

Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

@Texan_of_the_north is right. Beaver is a fine dining delecacy. Whether well cleaned or rustic(very popular in the 70s), it is truly a delightful experience.

  • Durian is awesome. I love it.

It just goes to show you some humans will eat anything.  I wonder how it went when the first person ate durian.

"Dude, I dare you to eat that!"

"What??  That thing stinks worse than a skunk!  No way!"

"Hey, don't chicken out.  You owe me two yaks because the Steelers won last Sunday!  If you eat it, we'll call it even."

    "Well, ok"

    And the rest is history.

No one mentioned Rocky Mountain Oysters.  My college roommate cooked some up (breaded/deep-fried like mushrooms), and they weren't bad.
However, the next year he brought another bagful from home, dumped them into the sink, and they were in a much more, uh, raw state, and I couldn't eat them again...
