    Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

    @Texan_of_the_north is right. Beaver is a fine dining delecacy. Whether well cleaned or rustic(very popular in the 70s), it is truly a delightful experience.

    It just goes to show you some humans will eat anything.  I wonder how it went when the first person ate durian.

    No one mentioned Rocky Mountain Oysters.  My college roommate cooked some up (breaded/deep-fried like mushrooms), and they weren't bad.
    However, the next year he brought another bagful from home, dumped them into the sink, and they were in a much more, uh, raw state, and I couldn't eat them again... 
    Live fast, die young, and leave a well-marbled corpse.
