Shrimp Poppers and Moink Balls

Practicing for football season appetizers, I made Shrimp Poppers (Necessary Indulgences) and Moink Balls (Nibble Me This). Both very tasty but next time i will not use as sweet a sauce on the Moink Balls next time. Maybe Stubb's sauce instead.

They look good! Which sauce did you use that was too sweet?

@caliking - I used Head Country original. Not really known for being one of the sweet sauces like Blues Hog but still too much for me. I am one of those oddballs that do not care for meat to be sweet, especially beef.

@Springram: I like the Hot version more. Its not blazing hot, but better than the regular IMO.
