We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Sunday supper (Pic heavy)

Has been a busy few weeks, have not been on the forum much. Thought I would get on and post our Sunday Mothers Day cook. Was a nice weekend, had a snow storm the week before and then we were hitting 30 C (85 F) through out the weekend.

Wifes requested stuffed pok loin, Stuffed 2/4 of it and just rubbed the remainder. Corn on the cob, and some twice backed potatoes as well. It turned out good, and was a great day sitting out side in the sun.
