I saw something the other day I wanted to cook and now I can't find the post. It was a jalapeno/cream cheese/sausage stuffed pork tenderloin. In this particular post, they guy cleaned the japs, stuffed them with cream cheese. Then rolled out some type of sausage, inserted the japs and then stuffed the tenderloin with the sausage/japs and then wrapped in bacon. I just can't rememeber all the details and would like to reread the post again. I have tried searching and found lots of OTHER stuffed pork tenderloin posts (which look equally as good!) but I can't find the one I am looking for. Driving me crazy!!!
