Santa Maria tri tip is flat out amazing. Even the kids loved it!! Wife loved it too, used the new toy I got for Easter (BGE Wireless thermometer) worked great pulled a little late at 153 degrees. Next time would pull at like 140 as none of us like medium rare but like medium to medium well done.

Again thanks for the recommendation! One more for the rotation!
