did some burgers the other day!!! turned out great!!!! lean ground beef,mild italian sausage,pepperjack cheese(inside)jalapenos wrapped in bacon!!! and a few beer while making,cooking,eating!!!imageimage

    Interesting. Did the bacon crisp up before the burgers were overcooked?

    no the bacon was done around the same time! cooked at 350., next time i will add the drip pan!(too many adult beverages,forgot!) charred the edges a bit but every1 liked them that way! the lttle ones were for the LITTLE ONES!! they liked them too!

    Actually, I like it that way also, because I like ground sirloin for its taste.

    Kinda like diet coke to go with the bacon rich starch laden plate of them burgers. Taste, mon!
