We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Thursday night Apps and burgers

Decided to do some apps and burgers tonight. Abt's and turtle eggs. Jalapeño abt's have diced shrimp in them. Sweet pepper abt's are for SWMBO and the younger kids. Doing them indirect, platesetter legs up @ 350 for probably bout an hour. Then the burgers will go on. Oh yeah also threw on a small piece of deer tenderloin soaked in apple juice, discarded, then soaked in teriyaki and soy, then wrapped in bacon. Will post more pics as everything finishes up.
