We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. quick lunch

Had a little left over prime rib so I made some lunch. Ground up the prime rib and warned up in dif's au jus. Toasted the PR covered in provolone. I added some mayo and banana peppers. Left over beef made like this is quickly becoming a family fav.

On a side note...dif's is @Dave in Florida broth concoction. I have mentioned it in a bunch of post because I like to give deserved credit but dif is probably starting to feel like I have a weird bromamce for him.
