Armadillo Eggs, Wings, SC (pic heavy)

Did some Armadillo Eggs today, along with wings. Both were done indirect at 400....AE's for 45 minutes, wings for an hour. Brined wings in water with Franks Hot Wing Sauce and Dizzy Pig Swamp Venom. Then mixed in mixture of flour and DP SV (I like a crust on my wings). image image image AE's were great! image Wings as well.
