My take on bangers and mash
So if I even tried to guess what a banger is I'd prolly be off down the wrong path. Stole this recipie from @500
and modified it.
Did them indirect around 425 and had to go direct for a few late to get the bacon done. I left the cheese out of mine and just toasted it on a hogtie with mozzarella afterward.
Thick sliced bacon
I used two pieces of bacon per dog and really wrapped em tight.
Potatoes onions and peppers were done stove top with dizzy dust an shakin the tree
