We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Chicken Breast and leftovers

Last evening's cook was at an outdoor temp of 21* F, Chicken breast with evoo, Butt Rub and Montreal Steak.  450* for 2-3 min, flip, repeat then shut off air.  Chicken breast, leftover greenbean casserole, leftover corn casserole, cranberry jello salad and lemon merangue pie (this was appetizer and dessert)
