I'm finally in the market for a good meat slicer. Price is always a consideration, but not at the expense of quality.
I want a slicer that will slice raw meat and cheese, be easy to clean, and have a sharpening attachment. I'd go $500 or less, but would prefer it in the $300 range. Does such an animal exist?
I searched the forum, but the threads did not answer my questions. Any help out there? Thanks !
