We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Steak & Lobster

Wow grilled my beef tenderloin at 700 plus and then added the plate setter to finish the cooking process. Mixed some butter, garlic, lemon and panco for a crust on the lobster, and cooked them right on the grill in the egg, at about 450 degrees. Wow, what more can I say!
