What Did I Do Wrong? (Steak Problems)
this is very interesting. I have been surprised by all the smoke flavor in my first 2 cooks. I will have to try this. Luckily everyone in my house likes a little smoke. But it would be nice to be able to control by adding woods for smoke.
I don't really know if it helped or not, but i first grilled 1 1/2 lb of beef fat on my CI Grid in my egg before I did any real cooking. I did this to season my CI Grid, but made the whole egg smell seasoned. Good Luck!
