I was in the mood for jerk chicken yesterday, so I tried a Bobby Flay recipe (http://bobbyflay.com/recipe.php?id=163&v=2
). It was okay, but not great. Next time I would use smaller thighs instead of breasts. Also, the proportions on both the glaze and rub were way off and wasteful, you can easily cut in half and still have plenty.
Does anyone have a tried and true jerk recipe?
