Paella - Bomba Rice

We were going to make some Paella today but could not find any Bomba Rice which was recommend in the recipe on the Naked Whiz's website. Does anyone know where to find this ?  For the Parlla experts what other type of rice do you use ?

    Aborio will work.  Any rice that you would do a risotto with.  I have even made a few paellas with jasmine and white mixed. Just use a little less liquid.

    There are several sources on line but not for delivery tomorrow.

  • It's pricy, but Williams Sonoma carries it. I usually just use Aborio. Just don't go crazy stirring it, or it turns to mush.
