Decided to slice up and seal a brisket for future meals

Did a brisket last night and it was ready at 3am, after an hour of rest.
Placed in it the fridge and decided to slice it after I woke up.
All sliced up.
Sealed and ready for the freezer for some meals later.
I had to have a few pieces for lunch. All I can say is WOW..very tender, juicy. Oak wood and Dizzy Dust did an outstanding job on the flavor.
