Drop by Ace Hardware and get a rack or two, they really turn out better. Oh, and marinate overnight in Allegro Hot & Spicy.

Went indirect. Dizzy dust on half with Stubb's/honey mix. Dizzy venom with a LA hot sauce. Sorry, no pics....late for the game. We remain undefeated...14-0.

I use the same rack for wings and legs. I brush mine with a little olive oil then cover in DP shakin the tree put in bag for over night. Cook at 300 direct raised grate for 1 hour 15 min and they are delicious!!Brandon, MS
