We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Fajita?? Burritos??

imageimageimageLast nights dinner, I didn't think of pics until the steak was finished. In a nutshell I marinated a 2.5 lb flank in hot and spicy allegro,sprinkled with cow lick,  then grilled direct. Next was the peppers and onions, then covered with homemade salsa, and finally topped with spicy guac and sour cream.
