Traveling Pork Shoulder - Pull or Leave Whole?

Just finished a CostCo pork shoulder on the Egg this morning and will be sending it off to college with son around noon for 1/2 day drive. So can't expect to wrap in HDAF and put into cooler for that long hot, which means sending it cold in cooler with ice. Then the question is to pull first or send whole and pull later. My experience tells me to pull now while hot then package for travel in cooler with ice and warm up later at destination (with Bone Suckin' Sauce, of course).

Yes, pull now. Pulled pork re-heats well. you could seal it in a bag w. the sauce as soon as pulled, and then easily re-heat just by placing it in a pot of 160F water.
