I didn't have all the pics with me yesterday to post up the rest of the meal from Saturday, but I finally got them so I'll go ahead and post them. My cousin, his gf and his kids came over Saturday to help celebrate my birthday and Mrs. G's birthday. He brought over some salmon and we used DP Ragin' River on half and Swamp Venom on the other half.

We had found some U-10 shrimp on sale so we picked up some. Wrapped them in bacon and then marinated them in Frontera's Three Citrus Garlic Marinade  ('sposed to be for chicken, but we figured it would still work). Note - do not use colored toothpicks...they dye the inside of the shrimp.

They also brought some shrimp, but no bacon as two of them are vegetarians/pescatarians. Same marinade.

Yes....those are some veggies patties on my Egg. Gotta make everybody happy.

There was also some risotto and some couscous, as well as the asparagus, but no pictures were taken of that.

    Not to sound like I dont eat meat, but How were the Veggie Burgers. My wife is going to limit our meat intake soon and she was curious about them.

    I know limit eating meat is a concern of mine so looks like chicken and fish more often.

    No clue. Those were for my Cousin's daughter. I've never eaten one before, but he's cooked a ton of them on my Egg before.

    Do you have any issues with getting the bacon crisp without overcooking the shrimp?

    Morningstar farms products taste ok. They have them at most grocery stores in the freezer section.

    Note to self: don't use colored toothpicks.

    Looks like a good cook.

    BWMM - thanks. He's a Yorkie that we rescued a few years back. Seems like rescue dogs have so much love in them, like they know they are lucky to have found a good home.

    ohiolion - usually with smaller shrimp, I cook the bacon for a minute or two in the microwave to get a head start, but with these U-10s, there was no need to.
