I started out with grilled Vidalia onions this I used the Neeyl's recipe with bacon bits, butter and blue cheese

On a raised grid @ 350* for 1 hr. + until soft

The rest of the dinner Top Sirloin and grilled romaine

Grilled to interior temp. 130*

Grilled the romaine with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and blue cheese

Served with brown rice as well, I like this recipe for the grilled onions the blue cheese is wonderful
