On the BGE Site it explains how to cook a Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb (see: http://www.biggreenegg.com/features/bge-valentine-menu/). Has anyone tried it? What's ur thoughts? It sounds yummy.

I used a large. It was delicious, and a pretty easy cook.

I made them on my small last weekend. They were a little done for my liking but that was my fault. As it seems with everything with the egg, they were still moist and delious.
