It has been torture waiting for the adhesive to cure on my new gasket. I know, 24 hours is so long to wait! I'm just ready to enjoy a 60 degree day by firing up the egg. Can't wait to smell that chicken. A neighbor walked by and asked what I was cooking today. He said he purposely walks his dog past our house so he can smell the food.

    I have learned if the kids will eat it, it is a great job! (there has been many times it was not a success for me)
