Can someone tell me what cut of Beef companies like "Boarshead" use? I would like to try and make my own "Rare Roast Beef" for sandwiches.
More meat please !! :-)

its probably either sirloin tip or top round, i dont remember which but one of those has a grizzle line. they taste the same. eye and bottom round work as well as rump, here rump has 4 or 5 muscle groups and the loin end is better however there is more fat. rump is an underrated cut but i think its just bottom round in most places.
fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it -
I use bottom round ... Pulled at 140.
