Several days ago a person (sorry can't recall name) posted that a friend has a plate company.     www.gorkplates.com   After seeing this post and website and thought it was an outstanding idea I contacted Bob and told him of the Salado EggFest and how well his plates would work for our weekend. Now have plates on the way for March 17th and have to thank this forum for the idea.
Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.
