    Looks good. What temp did you end up cooking at and to? Looks like your drippings didn't burn.

    Thank you for your comment.  It was a four hour cook with the temp for the first three at 250.  The last hour was at 225.  (Temp reduced in an attempt to slow down cooking) Removed from heat, wrapped in foil and placed in cooler at 125.  Remained in cooler for 3 hours while traveling and awaiting arrival of guests.  The highest temp reached during this time was 135.  Placed in 500 degree oven for 5 minutes to attempt to create a crust.  Turned out great.  Nothing was left.  Used Jack Daniel's chips.  Gave a nice level of smoke.
