Hi. I'm really looking into buying a BGE. It will join my Holland gasser and my bradley smoker. I like most newbies am trying to decide on size.
I think the Lg will serve my neeeds. 2 -3 8 lb. butts should fit no problem right ? Whem I do brisket I like the packer cuts in the 11 lb. range. If I'm doing 1 I'd just as soon do 2. So here is my concern. Can I get 2 11 lb. packers on the Lg ?
Thanks,

A large should be adequate for your needs ... two 11 lb. packers may be a bit tight but there are many things you can do to deal with that.
Once you get using it (BGE) you will likely want to sell your Bradley ... just sayin'
:>Never eat anything passed through a window unless you're a seagull ... BGE Lg. -
